At Blob.house, we want you to genuinely love your piece. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • include original packaging
  • be free of damage or excessive wear
  • include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Because many Blob.house pieces are produced in small intentional batches, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Money-Back Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • replace the item
  • offer store credit
  • issue a full refund

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we always aim to resolve issues fairly and quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was sent
  • there is a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Blob.house is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • items damaged through misuse
  • products returned in used condition
  • custom or personalized orders
  • gift cards
  • final sale items (if marked clearly at purchase)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
